class spotlight: all levels
expect to move, breathe and sweat! this 75-minute heated vinyasa yoga class is suitable for students with some yoga experience, though new students are welcome—we offer plenty of modifications. faster paced than our foundations classes, all-levels classes are set in a 85-90-degree room, offer opportunities for advanced backbends, inversions, and arm balances, and often include music.

There's not much better than a post-yoga veggie taco. Most days you'll find Steve and John behind the counter, serving up some of the tastiest tacos in Pittsburgh. You can sit at the counter to eat, or step outside and eat standing-- it doesn't matter, because the tacos won't last long.
