Join us for yoga in the city. We offer heated and unheated vinyasa yoga, as well as meditation, restorative and acro yoga classes in Pittsburgh's historic Bloomfield neighborhood.

This class is a combination of meditation, breath work, and movement intended for all abilities. You will experiment with balance, strength, flexibility, and stillness while practicing mindfulness. Personalization through props and variations in postures are encouraged, to guide you in honoring your body. We will move slowly through an extended warm up, leading to standing flowing sequences, and end in a restorative relaxation pose.

There's not much better than a post-yoga veggie taco. Most days you'll find Steve and John behind the counter, serving up some of the tastiest tacos in Pittsburgh. You can sit at the counter to eat, or step outside and eat standing-- it doesn't matter, because the tacos won't last long.
